Pharmacies & Travel Insurance

Pharmacies: Boots and Superdrug are everywhere. Some are open late. Pharmacists can advise on minor illnesses and sell basic medications without prescription.

Prescription medicines: Bring a letter from your doctor for prescription medications (especially controlled substances).

Travel insurance: Essential for all visitors. NHS A&E treatment is free for emergencies, but follow-up care and hospital stays are charged. Ensure your policy covers:
